Fleety connects customers with restaurants and delivery partners to place and fulfil food orders. We act as a platform to facilitate transactions between you and third-party restaurants/delivery partners.
Delivery times are estimates. Once a restaurant accepts an order it may enter preparation and cannot always be cancelled. Fees, taxes, or delivery charges shown at checkout are final for that order.
For the short, simple policy: cancellations before restaurant acceptance are usually allowed. After acceptance, refunds depend on the restaurant and situation. For details see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Fleety is not responsible for the quality of food prepared by restaurants. We are also not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control except where required by law.
We may update these terms occasionally. We will post the updated version on this page and the date will be visible. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
